What it is not
Unless an individual survey clearly says otherwise, MySurveyScore assessments are designed for information and self-reflection. They are not substitutes for professional medical, legal, financial or other specialist advice.
No account required
You can take surveys as a guest. Registration is optional and exists to save your results, build your My Scores dashboard and track changes over time.
Privacy matters
